Vocational training and engagement in productive activity are one of the goals of The Banyan's rehabilitation programs in all of the projects - as a result of this all have their own businesses associated with them. From design to implementation, the responsibility is predominantly on the clients for the success of the various ventures: be they block printing, embroidery, incense making or pickle production. Clients receive a salary for their efforts and this contributes to their sense of achievement and self-worth.
