Initially, he faced adjustment challenges—both with the home environment and the other residents. However, over time, with the support of the same residents and program staff, he gradually built a routine and a life for himself. Step by step, he regained a sense of control, starting with small tasks like buying groceries and engaging in recreational activities like cricket. Slowly, he began integrating into the larger community.
